Role Overview: At Capgemini Invent, you will be part of a team that believes difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, you will blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to collaborate closely with clients and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your role will involve driving transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow, informed and validated by science and data, and superpowered by creativity and design, all underpinned by technology created with purpose. Key Responsibilities: - Business consulting with experience in requirement gathering, design, optimization, and/or implementation of business processes in product development or R&D for the industry. - Engineering Transformation in areas such as process/project transformation, software transformation, manufacturing transformation, and servitization/service transformations. - Robust product development and R&D experience, process mapping, value-stream mapping, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. - Functional focus on project/product engineering, new product development, process mapping, value stream analysis & compliance, and product/portfolio standardization/modularization, cost reduction across the value chain. Qualifications Required: - Supporting clients in digital continuity strategy, R&D transformation, new product introduction process management, IT-Architecture & -specification, project management, change management, and rollout. - Background in analyzing As-Is engineering processes, methods, and tools for modernization and efficiency improvement. Experience in implementing large-scale engineering transformation programs in the field of process, manufacturing, service, and R&D. - Familiarity with business process mapping techniques and use of tools such as Visio, Blue works, or ARIS. - Possess a combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation aspects, as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically.
