Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students through digital communication channels. The role includes advising on academic and career goals, conducting virtual counseling sessions, and assisting with the use of digital tools and platforms. Additional duties involve collaborating with faculty, understanding student needs, and ensuring a cohesive support system for students.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in academic advising or counseling
• Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
• Ability to conduct virtual counseling sessions effectively
• Proficiency in understanding student needs and providing appropriate support
• Collaborative skills for working with faculty and staff
• Experience in the education sector or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
