Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Counselor will be responsible for providing online counseling services, assisting students with digital tools, conducting virtual workshops, and offering career guidance and academic support. The role involves regular interaction with students, faculty, and other stakeholders to enhance students' digital learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in online counseling and the ability to use digital tools effectively
• Skills in conducting virtual workshops and providing career guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and faculty
• Knowledge of academic support and student services
• Ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in educational counseling and familiarity with digital learning platforms is a plus
