Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Counselor, based in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to prospective students, addressing inquiries, supporting them through their admission process, and ensuring a seamless application experience. The role involves leveraging digital platforms to communicate effectively, managing prospective applicant data, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support enrollment goals. Building trust and providing accurate and comprehensive information about university programs and offerings will be a key aspect of the role.
