Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design and develop interactive workflows on the AR/3D platform tailored for service and sales teams. Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet the specific requirements of different teams and departments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees on the use of digital training tools and resources. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital learning and training technologies. Utilize your videography and editing skills to create visually appealing and informative video content that reinforces the purposes of the learning objectives. Facilitate preparation for training sessions, workshops, seminars, and service training videos. Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into the training process to enhance learning outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Multimedia Production, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and delivering digital training programs. Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and 3D rendering). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in precision/analytical instruments and services is a plus. Certification in instructional design, marketing, or training Knowledge of emerging digital learning trends and tools. Experience in use of editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, InDesign) Familiarity with Mettler Toledo Lab Products Job Location: Powai, Mumbai
