Our Opening and Your Responsibilities As a UX developer, you will understand, analyze and design the UX requirements. Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Design and prototype user interfaces that meet user needs and business requirements. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images. Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process. Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries. Experience in working with international environment with a multicultural team. Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication. What You Need to Succeed Qualification: Bachelor??s or Master??s degree in design or a related field. Must have an experience of 5 - 10 years. Must have a proficiency with design tool Figma. Proven experience as a UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment. Proficiency with other design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions. Experience in User Acceptance Testing is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in HTML, and CSS is a plus.
