1 to 2 years experience in full time content creation.Experience on tools like Articulate 360, Storyline and VyondYou would be working on creating an E-Learning modules for legal and HR departments.You should be able to create E-Learning modules out of the transcripts provided by Legal and HR SMEsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilitiesinteractive E-Learning modules for Legal and HR departments.raw transcripts, policy documents, and SME inputs into structured and engaging digital learning content.Legal and HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives and content accuracy.Create storyboards, scripts, and course flows aligned with instructional design principles.Develop modules using tools such as:Articulate 360Articulate StorylineVyondIncorporate multimedia elements such as animations, voiceovers, quizzes, assessments, and scenarios.compliance, branding, and accessibility standardQualificationsRequired Skills & Qualificationsfull-time experience in digital content creation or E-Learning development.Articulate 360, Storyline, and Vyond .corporate functions such as Legal, HR, Compliance, or Policy training.simple, engaging learning modules .instructional design fundamentals .Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
