Role Description Social Media Content Creator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-quality content across social media platforms. The role involves hands-on content creation, trend analysis, performance tracking, and close collaboration with the creative and strategy teams to ensure strong brand alignment and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and campaign creatives
• Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Research trends, formats, and audience behavior to improve reach and engagement
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
• Monitor audience engagement and optimize content based on performance insights
• Analyze content performance and contribute to growth-focused improvements
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content writing, copywriting, and creative storytelling
• Good understanding of content strategy, trend research, and campaign planning
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• High organizational ability and deadline discipline
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Prior agency or professional social media experience preferred

Compensation

• Salary:

  20,000 per month
