Digital Content Analyst

As a Digital Content Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for driving digital content programs through data-driven decision-making, strategic collaboration, and experimentation. Working with different teams, you will identify, create, optimize, and manage digital content that positively impacts our brand. - Use data and analytics to uncover opportunities and identify projects based on impact and goals - Forecast core content metrics in partnership with analytics team and execute to meet targets - Provide a bridge between the website and content team to enhance user engagement and conversion - Manage website content, creating user journeys that provide value and guide users toward desired actions - Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligning with SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and business goals - Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital content, SEO, and user experience To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, web optimization, content marketing, or a similar role - Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and data analytics tools (PowerBI, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) with a proven track record of using data to generate insights and hypothesis - Excellent writing and editing skills, with examples of digital content creation and development - Experience with A/B testing and content experimentation for optimization - Background in digital marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or customer journey mapping - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, HTML, CSS, and front-end web development At our company, we strongly support diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are committed to integrating them into our business practices and organizational culture.
