Digital Communications Intern

As an Intern at the organization, your role will encompass providing support in various areas such as HR, recruitment, digital communications, and internal communications. Your responsibilities will be divided into two main categories: **HR Support** - Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules - Help prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires - Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events and wellness programs - Maintain HR documentation by updating employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies **Digital Communications** - Create content for various platforms like social media, newsletters, and the company website - Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility - Monitor and report on campaign performance, provide insights for improvement - Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and familiarity with HRIS and CMS platforms is a plus. Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and creative thinking are also key attributes for this position.
