As a Copywriter at UPS, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Service Omnichannel Channel Strategy team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, with a focus on enhancing user experience and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content aligns with the overall digital strategy and supports UPS's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital platforms such as UPS.com Help & Support page, digital & voice assistants, notifications, and customer-facing knowledge articles. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content strategists, customer service leaders, and product managers to create content that enhances user experience. - Continuously optimize copy based on customer feedback and performance metrics. - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Ensure consistency of copy across all channels and maintain UPS's brand voice and style. - Coordinate content localization to various markets and languages with project leaders. - Stay updated with the latest digital support trends and best practices to enhance content quality and effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a digital or agency environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital copywriting projects across different channels. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in content strategy, understanding business objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics. - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar. - Experience working with DX, UX, UI, Product Design, Research, and DevOps teams.
