As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting regional marketing teams in building campaigns on HubSpot, adapting global journeys for English, Exams, and Cultural Engagement, translating content, localizing messaging, and implementing localized channel strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Marketing Manager and Regional Head in executing campaign strategies for English, Exams, and Cultural Engagement. - Review briefs, build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, localize content, and adapt journey templates. - Ensure proper tagging for reporting and help refine dashboards to incorporate regional performance metrics. - Work with the global data lead to maintain HubSpot database integrity, manage user profiles, contact consent, taxonomy, and dashboards. - Upskill team members and provide insights into platform advancements and best practices. - Manage stakeholder relationships by supporting the Hub and regional enablement leads to ensure operational marketing excellence. - Provide regional updates to the global enablement team on platform usage and governance. Qualifications Required: - Ability to effectively manage multiple project deliverables to a successful resolution on time and to brief. - Experience in designing and building templates (email etc), landing pages, journeys, managing lists, and general platform governance within HubSpot Marketing Hub. - Proficiency in designing and creating reporting dashboards within HubSpot Marketing Hub. - Proven experience working in a content/digital marketing role within a large and complex organization. - Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, able to work with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones. - Familiarity with Marketing platform governance. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. - Self-starter with a growth mindset. The Marketing Operations Global department is offering a Fixed Term Contract (2 years) for this role based in Noida, India (Hybrid working model).
