Digital Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  digital brand strategies

  for government and institutional clients
• Create and manage

  monthly and campaign-based content calendars

• Plan and oversee

  digital coverage of government events, launches, meetings, and public programs

• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to ensure

  consistent brand communication

• Review, edit, and approve digital content before publishing
• Ensure accuracy, sensitivity, and appropriateness in all government-related communication
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
• Prepare basic performance reports and updates for internal and client review

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Ability to read, write, and understand Hindi fluently is mandatory

• Working proficiency in English
• Prior experience in managing digital brands, content calendars, and campaigns
• Clear understanding of government and institutional communication standards
• Ability to independently handle responsibilities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in a digital agency, communications firm, or institutional setup
• Prior experience working with

  government departments, PSUs, NGOs, or public sector clients

• Experience in event coverage, public campaigns, or large-scale initiatives
