Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

· Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Develop strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

· Monitor and adjust ad budgets to maximize ROI.

2. SEO & Website Management

· Conduct keyword research and perform on-page & off-page SEO to improve rankings.

· Regularly update website content for relevance and SEO compliance.

· Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

3. Content Creation

· Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, emailers, and ads.

· Develop creative captions, posts, and taglines for social media.

· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

4. Graphics Design

· Design visually appealing creatives, banners, infographics, and marketing materials.

· Create layouts for digital campaigns and website visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

5. Videography & Video Editing

· Shoot product videos, interviews, and promotional content.

· Edit videos for social media, ads, and corporate presentations.

· Add animations, subtitles, and effects using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

6. Market Research & Analytics

· Research industry trends, strategies, and customer behaviour.

· Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

· Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align strategies with business goals.

· Manage timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and social media algorithms.

· Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.

· Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (graphics), and Premiere Pro, After Effects (video editing).

· Excellent content writing and communication skills in English and Gujarati.

· Ability to handle videography, lighting, and basic photography.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
