Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth across digital and offline platforms. Applications are invited from graduates or postgraduates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing, residing in Bangalore (preferably near Whitefield).

Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop annual and monthly marketing plans.

· Track marketing performance, evaluate and prepare analytical reports.

· Formulate and execute marketing strategies across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Create paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms; optimize ads, monitor and analyze performance.

· Manage SEO activities for company websites, including regular audits, optimisation, and performance tracking

· Create content for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.

· Oversee the creation of marketing content and digital creatives (including videos, reels and product photographs) and social media posts.

· Create engaging digital creatives, social media posts, and short-form video content as required.

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

· Support branding initiatives including product packaging, visual identity, and promotional materials.

· Plan and execute marketing activities for events, workshops, and other brand programs.

· Implement offline marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the wellness and healing industry.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with organizational goals.

· Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, if any, to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Required); Master’s preferred

Experience

• 2–3 years in marketing/digital marketing (wellness/lifestyle industry preferred)

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Creativity and analytical thinking
• Social media proficiency
• Campaign management
• Understanding of algorithms for ad optimization

Salary

₹ INR 4.2 Lakh per annum to ₹ 5.2 Lakh per annum (based on experience)
