Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Analytics and GTM Implementation Specialist, based in Bengaluru with some work from home acceptable. The role involves implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), setting up web analytics, developing tracking strategies, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Key responsibilities include working with various teams to understand business requirements, configuring and troubleshooting GTM and analytics tools, and providing insights based on collected data.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and management
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Ability to develop tracking strategies and ensure accurate data collection
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for GTM and analytics configurations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT consulting industry is beneficial
