Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to lead initiatives that drive user adoption of enterprise digital tools, platforms, and applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital adoption strategies that enhance user experience, improve productivity, and ensure successful technology rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive user engagement and adoption of enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.).
Develop and manage digital adoption plans and strategies.
Utilize Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) like WalkMe, Whatfix, or Pendo to create in-app guides and training content.
Collect and analyze user behavior data to optimize digital journeys.
Coordinate with training, product, and support teams to develop user-centric solutions.
Create and deliver digital learning materials such as videos, quick reference guides, and walkthroughs.
Monitor adoption metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) is preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications and change management principles.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proficient in data analysis and user feedback interpretation.
