Job Description

Role Overview: As a Media Ad-Sales Manager at Hyperbrainz Media, your primary responsibility will be to lead and grow the digital advertising revenue by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media buyers. You will be driving sales strategies across display, video, CTV, and OTT inventory to maximize revenue through data-led campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the digital advertising space. - Identify and engage with agencies, trading desks, SSP's, and DSP's to expand the client base. - Lead the team in acquiring and on-boarding direct advertisers and publishers across different environments. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance targeting and sales tactics. - Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives. - Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team. - Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and explore new business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Ad-tech industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of successfully on-boarding global clients in previous roles.,
