Job Description: Hyperbrainz Media is a programmatic digital advertising company specializing in innovative ad-tech solutions, strategic monetization, and premium publisher partnerships across global markets. With a strong focus on CTV-OTT ad-space, you will help brands and media owners maximize revenue through data-led campaigns. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across display, video, CTV and OTT inventory. - Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with agencies, trading desks, SSP's and DSP's. - Drive the team to reach, pitch, and onboard direct advertisers and direct publishers in all environments. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine targeting and sales approach. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management. - Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to build brand presence and identify new opportunities. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Ad-tech experience - Good communication and negotiation skills - Good track record of on-boarding global clients in previous experiences,
