We are seeking a Dietitian cum Admin Executive who can balance nutrition expertise with strong administrative skills to ensure smooth gym operations and member satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiet & Member Support

• Conduct nutritional assessments and design personalized diet plans for members
• Provide counseling sessions to guide clients on healthy eating and lifestyle habits
• Coordinate with trainers and physiotherapists to align diet plans with fitness programs
• Track member progress and provide follow-up consultations
• Organize wellness and nutrition awareness sessions

Administrative Duties

• Manage front desk operations, including member inquiries, registrations, and renewals
• Maintain attendance records, client databases, and daily reports
• Support membership billing, renewals, and payment tracking
• Assist in coordinating schedules, classes, and trainer rosters
• Handle client communication (calls, messages, emails) professionally and promptly
• Ensure the gym environment is organized, welcoming, and compliant with brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science
• Prior experience in gym/fitness administration preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Strong organizational and customer service orientation
• Passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition
