Dietetics/Nutrition Internship in Mumbai (Hybrid)

We’re on a mission to prove that reversing chronic disease is 100% possible You’ll split your time between our Mumbai office (2–3 days/week) & remote work on other days, gaining hands-on experience designing hyper-personalized meal plans, diving into metabolic health research, and crafting educational content that empowers lasting change Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Develop one-on-one nutrition protocols based on client bloodwork, lifestyle data, and goals. Conduct literature reviews on metabolic conditions (T2DM, PCOS, fatty liver, insulin resistance) Write research drafts for topics allocated to you relating to Metabolic Health Assist with supplement protocol research and documentation Ensure all meal plans and materials comply with FSSAI and evidence-based guidelines Support client onboarding and follow-up assessments Skills Required Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s/master’s in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field Solid grasp of macronutrient calculations, functional nutrition, and metabolic health principles Experience with diet-planning software or Excel for meal calculations Strong research chops and ability to translate science into easy-to-follow advice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with FSSAI nutrition labeling regulations About Company: FiftySeven is a modern-day holdco that builds, buys, and grows profitable, outcome-focused ventures across data, tech, media, health, and real estate.
