Job Description

The Diamond Vendor Manager will manage day-to-day vendor operations, supplier communication, pricing, inventory, shipments, and reconciliations
The role involves coordinating with multiple diamond suppliers, tracking vendor performance, resolving shipment and billing issues, onboarding new vendors, and ensuring compliance with BDB, GJEPC, and Indian import/export norms
The position requires close collaboration with accounting, logistics partners, and internal sales and sourcing teams while handling high-value goods with accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced, global environment
Remote with frequent travel to Mumbai (BKC Bharat Diamond Bourse)or Surat
