Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Diamond Merchandiser. The Diamond Merchandiser will manage diamond sourcing, work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency, and develop market strategies to cater to customer demands. Responsibilities also include monitoring trends, assisting in inventory management, collaborating with internal teams to optimize product offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain effective supplier and customer relationships.
• Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to effectively contribute to product presentation and market strategy.
• Organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory and track market trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is a plus.
