Dialer Officer

Role Overview: As a Dialer Officer in the Lead Management System division located in Ghansoli (Mahape, Navi Mumbai), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing dialer operations across various teams and campaigns. Your main focus will be to ensure that calling strategies align with business objectives efficiently by utilizing your deep knowledge of dialer systems and CRM integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute dialer strategies for multiple teams - Implement a comprehensive dialing plan with various methods - Monitor and optimize dialer platform performance - Administer the predictive dialer system - Analyze agent statistics for strategy refinement and training inputs - Develop and distribute daily reports and metrics - Ensure compliance with regulations - Manage campaign execution - Conduct Quality Assurance checks - Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest and implement improvements Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume contact center environments - Hands-on expertise in dialer systems and CRM-dialer integrations - Ability to independently manage shift operations and oversee PAN India dialer operations - Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills - Adept at interacting with stakeholders at all levels If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at operations, predictive dialing, quality assurance, CRM integrations, campaign management, stakeholder management, and have a passion for optimizing dialer systems, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
