Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Dialer Officer to manage and optimize dialer operations across teams and campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of dialer systems and CRM integrations, and ensure that calling strategies meet business objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute dialer strategies for multiple teams to ensure optimal campaign penetration
• Implement a comprehensive dialing plan including manual, preview, predictive dialing, attended messaging, and blast campaigns
• Monitor and optimize dialer platform performance daily, ensuring proper staffing to meet call volume requirements
• Administer and maintain the predictive dialer system including campaign setup, calling lists, filters, and reporting
• Analyze agent statistics and trends to refine strategy and provide training inputs
• Develop and distribute daily business reports and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with state and country regulations
• Manage campaign execution, including follow-ups with human or virtual voice messages
• Conduct regular Quality Assurance checks on dialer operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest and implement system/process improvements
• Function as the main point of contact for dialer-related strategies and insights

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume contact center environments
• Hands-on expertise in dialer systems and CRM-dialer integrations
• Capable of independently managing shift operations and guiding subordinates
• Technically strong with ability to oversee PAN India dialer operations
• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels including developers, managers, and executives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
