Dialer Manager-Cross Sell eBranch

You will be responsible for managing the outbound call center dialer technology that supports the operations of the call center. Your primary role will involve providing inputs and analytics on operations to ensure efficient functioning. Your key responsibilities will include managing the outbound call center dialer functionality from end to end, real-time management of the dialer application for database uploads, monitoring and adjusting database tables based on campaign connectivity, controlling idle time and call drop-offs by understanding pacing ratios, and managing telecom lines to enhance employee connectivity. You will be required to interact with the Core Dialer Partner for new implementations, collaborate with the Bank IT team to address local issues, conduct regular health checks and audits to evaluate the efficiency of dialer operations, and ensure timely planning and backup during outages. Additionally, you should be proficient in reviewing dialer performance, recommending necessary changes to enhance application performance, utilizing dialer features innovatively to improve connectivity, and monitoring peak and non-peak hours to maximize customer connections. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduate degree or above and possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.,
