Job Title: Information Technology Supervisor

Location: Noida - 135 (Both-side cab facility provided)

Shift: US - Shift

Job Summary

• Install, configure, and maintain dialer systems from scratch.

• Monitor dialer performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.

• Configure and manage VPNs for secure remote access.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues and enforce security protocols.
• Oversee daily IT operations including servers, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage Outlook and email exchange systems.
• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.

Qualification and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years in IT support with mandatory hands-on experience in dialer systems and VPN administration.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in the international BPO (industry) (required)

• Strong knowledge of dialer platforms (predictive, progressive, or blended).

• Expertise in VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN, networking protocols, routers, and switches.
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Outlook, and email exchange systems.

Compensation: 30K - 50K per month (based on experience and qualifications).
