Safe and Reliable Alignment of Electrical Systems to achieve targeted Production with Zero quality, delivery, environmental losses.
Ensure Reliability by adopting new methods and technologies and sustenance of current practices
Develop a Team of leaders within department which can further handle organizational objectives in a process driven system
Develop tools and establish systems that ensures all practices are process driven in alignment with business objectives
Ensure Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
Section Head:
Plan Monitor and Coordinate the Electrical Maintenance of Various Functions in ( CPP, MRSS, Viscose, Spinning, Auxiliary, Ancillary section of plant 1 & 2 both), so as to ensure Optimum Production and delivery within target Cost and Quality with available resources
Ensure Compliances action are met as per laid guidelines
Frequency On Going
Cross functional involvement with Instrumentation: Integration with Electrical systems in DCS
Civil: Various Construction/Structural modifications, new projects
Process/Quality: Production based integration, Process changes/Modifications
Services(HR, Security, Safety, OHC): Manpower management
Purchase : Procurement
Technical Cell: New Projects/Debottlenecking
