Key Responsibilities: -

Sales and marketing

·        Oversee sales and marketing of plasticizers.

·        Build team as required with due approvals from the management.

·        Build relationship with major customers.

·        Ensure timely order booking, dispatches and payments with compliance to all stator and internally

agreed requirements.

Raw material sourcing:

·        Establish strong relationship with all suppliers of raw materials for plasticizer production.

·        Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for ensuring availability of raw materials

at lowest total cost of ownership within agreed inventory norms.

Supply Chain:

· Ensure logistics cost is managed within the best in class for both inbound and outbound materials.

· Ensure OTIF (on-time in full) at agreed norms.
