We are looking for senior professionals with 15+ years’ experience in plasticizers , handling raw material sourcing & sales (₹500 Cr+ turnover) , preferably with exposure to PVC, Phthalates, or related petrochemical products . Location: Mumbai (Head Office) Role: DGM / GM – Plasticizer Key Skills: Plasticizer sourcing, petrochemical sales, key account management, team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and marketing · Oversee sales and marketing of plasticizers. · Build team as required with due approvals from the management. · Build relationship with major customers. · Ensure timely order booking, dispatches and payments with compliance to all stator and internally agreed requirements. Raw material sourcing: · Establish strong relationship with all suppliers of raw materials for plasticizer production. · Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for ensuring availability of raw materials at lowest total cost of ownership within agreed inventory norms. Supply Chain: · Ensure logistics cost is managed within the best in class for both inbound and outbound materials. · Ensure OTIF (on-time in full) at agreed norms. MIS and intelligence on all above aspects
