Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development for industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure timely bid/proposal submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic growth.
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and ensure commercial compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the BD & Bidding team.

Candidate Profile

  • 15–25 years of experience in EPC/construction business development.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC, Turnkey, and Item Rate contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of construction contracts.
