Role Purpose

As a DevSecOps Consultant at Wipro Technologies, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding enterprises through their transformational journeys aimed at integrating DevOps and DevSecOps practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategies that enhance collaboration and efficiency among teams. You will be actively involved in a variety of initiatives including designing and implementing robust strategies, mentoring diverse teams, and leading comprehensive workshops that emphasize learning and growth. Your deep understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) processes, especially within Agile frameworks, will empower you to establish scalable solutions that benefit both enterprise-level and large account operations. A well-rounded background in leveraging CI-CD stacksbe it through tools from Open Source communities or technologies from notable vendors like Atlassian, Microsoft, or IBMwill greatly aid your efforts in integrating security measures effectively throughout the engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored guidance and innovative solutions that facilitate the implementation of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automation geared towards diverse products, regardless of complexity.
• Design and build reference frameworks that streamline DevOps build and release automation processes, ensuring high performance and reliability in deployment pipelines.
• Lead discovery workshops to assess client product environments, identify challenges, and implement a comprehensive DevOps/DevSecOps maturity assessment framework that enhances operational capabilities.
• Proactively analyze and capture emerging trends in build and release automation, crafting reusable solutions that optimize efficiencies across multiple client engagements.
• Take charge of advising on solutions for enterprise infrastructure automation, particularly concerning environment provisioning, ensuring unerring operational excellence.
• Encourage the establishment and integration of CI-CD and DevOps practices, tools, and platforms, while developing solutions and frameworks adaptable to various technologies and domains.
• Implement and nurture tailored DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains suitable for both centralized and decentralized DevOps frameworks, promoting best practices organization-wide.
• Act as a mentor to encourage the adoption of new methodologies and best practices, supporting teams in their Route to Live for efficient deployments.
• Conduct enriching training workshops that deepen teams' understanding of CI-CD/DevOps fundamentals, emphasizing their significance in achieving organizational objectives.
• Support clients in fully embracing the proposed engagement models to maximize operational efficiencies and drive transformative changes.
• Lead the architecture of target DevOps/DevSecOps solutions for large RFPs, actively participating in sales initiatives and shaping opportunities to drive successful engagements.
