Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a
DevOps Automation Engineer
with strong experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift, ArgoCD, CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure, and scripting. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated deployment pipelines, while working closely with development and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process.
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, and/or Tekton to enable robust, scalable, and secure delivery processes.
- Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift, with hands-on expertise in deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting workloads.
- Lead GitOps-based deployments using ArgoCD for declarative, version-controlled infrastructure and application delivery.
- Work across cloud environments such as IBM, AWS, and Azure to support hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of software development experience. Proven experience in designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift operations and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (IBM, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) and configuration management practices.
- Strong grasp of automation best practices, GitOps methodologies, and modern DevOps principles.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across development, operations, and product teams to deliver resilient infrastructure and streamlined delivery pipelines.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), AWS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
