DevOps Track Sr.Engineer

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in IT (preferably in software development, testing, or infrastructure areas).

Responsibilities:

• Experience in managing the global customers and various stakeholders pertaining to DevOps, Infrastructure, Testing, Security-related projects.
• High proficiency in Scrum Management and experience of managing projects using Agile / SaFe practices.
• Excellent experience in creating designs, product backlog items for large-scale DevOps, SRE, infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge & understanding of core SCM, Infrastructure, and Release Management processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of Generative AI and applying the prompt engineering practices to DevOps Projects.
• Good knowledge and understanding of multi-cloud, Kubernetes environments, and ever-growing DevOps tools stack.
• Experience in Continuous delivery, Agile Development Practices, and Lean start-up methodology, and should be proficient in cutting-edge of DevOps, cloud technologies.
• Implementing / Leading DevOps transformation journeys for enterprise customers.
• Automating large enterprise production environments, one-click provisioning, deployments, and IAAC (Infrastructure as a Code).
• Proficiency with IAAC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, GCP Deployment Manager, Azure ARM templates, or multi-cloud provisioning tools.
• Experience in automating build and release process cycles.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Artifactory, Spinnaker, Argo CD, Rancher, Ansible, Chef, Puppet Terraform, Digital ai, Plutora, Cloudbees, etc.
• Onboarding the following application technologies into the DevOps automation platform: Java, Python, Node, Data Science, Salesforce, etc.
• Market awareness on latest DevOps tools, trends, and solutions.

• Expertise in IAAC tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, GCP Deployment Manager, and Azure ARM templates or multi-cloud provisioning tools.
• Strong experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and others.
• Proven experience in managing global customers and stakeholders across DevOps, Infrastructure, Testing, and Security projects.
• Extensive background in Scrum Management and Agile / SAFe practices.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and its application in DevOps.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, and problem-solving skills as well as learning attitude.
• Experience with a variety of DevOps tools and technologies like Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Argo CD, Rancher, Ansible, Chef, Puppet Terraform, Digital.ai, Plutora, Cloudbees etc.
• Familiarity with onboarding application technologies such as Java, Python, Node, Data Science and Salesforce into DevOps automation platforms.

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
