DevOps + Tester

Job Information: Work Experience: 4-5 years Industry: IT Services Job Type: FULL TIME Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of mobile applications to ensure they meet user expectations. Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability to support Rakuten’s innovation. Proficiency in automation frameworks and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Docker. Strong understanding of test automation, integration testing, and cloud technologies. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open-source or commercial tools. Perform integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between different modules and services. Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new changes do not disrupt existing functionality. Conduct Performance Testing to identify the gaps while integrating new pipelines. Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure consistent project execution and quality assurance. Conduct unit test, code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure integration solutions meet high standards. Identify, analyze, and document detailed records of problems that appear during testing, and escalate potential quality issues to management. Experience in implementation of large scale software (high transaction volume, high availability concepts). Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on test plans, test cases, and testing processes. Provide support for product validation, prototypes, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices and with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem. Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Salesforce Admin, PD certification is preferred. Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience in API integration with Legacy systems.
