Job Summary:

DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end DevOps solutions across application lifecycle stages including CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and release automation.
• Define DevOps standards, tools, and governance frameworks aligned to enterprise goals and cloud strategies.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of container platforms such as

  Kubernetes

  and

  OpenShift

  .
• Guide teams in designing secure, scalable infrastructure in

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  , or

  GCP

  environments.
• Collaborate with application architects, developers, and platform engineers to ensure seamless DevOps integration.
• Build reusable frameworks for pipeline creation, monitoring, and self-service deployment.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate DevOps tools and platforms based on business and technical requirements.
• Drive observability practices including centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and system performance tuning.

Required Qualifications:

Architecture & Platform Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Proven experience designing CI/CD architectures using

  Jenkins

  ,

  GitLab CI

  ,

  Azure DevOps

  , or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker

  ,

  Kubernetes

  , and

  Red Hat OpenShift

  (enterprise-grade clusters).
• Deep understanding of

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  using tools like

  Terraform

  ,

  Ansible

  , or

  CloudFormation

  .

Cloud & Security:

• Proficient in architecting secure, cost-optimized cloud solutions in

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  , or

  GCP

  .
• Strong knowledge of networking, IAM, VPCs, firewall rules, and cloud-native services.
• Familiar with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.

Tools & Automation:

• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation and tooling.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (e.g.,

  Prometheus

  ,

  Grafana

  ,

  ELK

  ,

  Datadog

  ,

  Splunk

  ).
• Knowledge of GitOps tools such as

  ArgoCD

  or

  Flux

  is a plus.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills with ability to lead technical workshops and present architectural decisions.
• Experience mentoring DevOps engineers and collaborating with development, QA, and security teams.
• Track record of leading enterprise DevOps initiatives or platform modernization programs.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
• Azure DevOps Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
