SELECTION PROCESS

Stage 1: Screening & Test

Based on the self learning you've done so far you will be shortlisted for a test and a Counseling session thereafter.

Stage 2: Bootcamp (1 Month)

This is a pre-internship bootcamp where you are required to complete relevant online courses.

You will get a tailored set of skills and access to the courses after the counseling session. Mentorship and guidance will be provided by Everlytics.

There will be a short assessment at the end of bootcamp before starting the actual internship.

Stage 3: Paid Internship (6 Months)

During this stage you will be working on a couple of real projects. You will get to participate in technical design discussions and customer meetings with an objective to gain the needed exposure and experience to handle DevOps tasks independently.

Stage 4: Full-time Job (optional)

After successful completion of internship, you will receive a full-time job offer.

Internship graduation criteria (for full-time regular position):

• Having worked on 2-3 real projects during the 6-month internship and delivered results independently.
• Ability to complete project tasks independently with directions from your mentor, fast learning, client interactions and proactive communication skills.

OTHER INFO

• Please note, this is more like an apprenticeship than internship. You can do it remotely by working from home and the working hours are flexible.
• Stipend INR 10000 per month will be provided during the internship. No fee is taken for the Bootcamp.
• 2025 and below graduates are preferred. But if you are exceptional and graduating in 2026, you will receive a formal internship offer letter that you can submit to your college for seeking credits and attendance relief.
