DevOps Engineering Lead

Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineering Lead at New Age, your main responsibility will be automating manual tasks related to code development and deployment. You will focus on implementing continuous deployment and continuous integration frameworks to ensure high availability of both production and non-production work environments. Your role will involve driving engineering teams towards adopting best practices in DevOps, especially in cloud native applications, Kubernetes, and various SaaS / IaaS platforms. You will collaborate with business analysts to clarify project scope, address gaps in business requirements, develop action plans for improvement, and provide support to business units. It will be your responsibility to ensure team compliance with relevant policies and procedures, identify areas for continuous improvement, and act as a trusted advisor for automation and tooling initiatives. You will deliver project objectives within specified timeframes, maintaining high quality and documentation standards.
