DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and strengthen our CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GitLab pipelines, Dynatrace monitoring, and migrating on-premises deployments to Kubernetes. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline releases, improve monitoring, and modernize our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

· Configure and manage Dynatrace monitoring to improve observability, incident detection, and performance analysis.

· Lead efforts to migrate on-premises applications to Kubernetes (K8s), including containerization, Helm charts, and deployment strategies.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications into CI/CD pipelines.

· Implement infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.

· Troubleshoot CI/CD, container, and monitoring issues to ensure high system reliability.

· Drive DevOps best practices across the team, including security, scalability, and performance improvements.

· Participate in agile ceremonies and work in cross-functional teams to deliver business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 3–6 years of DevOps engineering or related experience.

· Strong hands-on expertise in GitLab CI/CD (pipelines, runners, automation).

· Experience with Dynatrace setup, dashboards, alerting, and integrations.

· Solid experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, service meshes, namespaces).

· Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration.

· Experience migrating on-prem workloads to cloud-native/K8s environments.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
