Devops Engineer - Remote

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DevOps practices and be responsible for enhancing our development and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and MLOps frameworks to support global carbon monitoring initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with CTO, data scientists, and engineers to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and resolve critical technical challenges
• Build robust, cloud-based deployment infrastructure ensuring system scalability, reliability, and high availability while maintaining startup agility and speed
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments and improve operational efficiencies.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support applications.
• Implement security best practices in the DevOps lifecycle.
• Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures to maintain knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and Linux operating systems.
