DevOps Engineer

Role Overview: You will be working closely with the engineering team to understand and support the infra operations. Your responsibilities will include improving the existing infrastructure processes of our entire product lineup, providing end-to-end support for product deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and uptime strategies. Additionally, you will be setting up complete CI/CD foundations for the micro-services and code repositories. Proactively coming up with suggestions to optimize solutions from both performance and cost perspectives will be a part of your role. Site reliability for our products will be a key area of responsibility, considering we have 100+ servers, managed services, and millions of events processed daily on AI/ML products. Key Responsibilities: - Strong proficiency with Linux commands and tools - Expertise or comfortable working with AWS Services such as API Gateway, Load Balancer configuration, Target Groups, VPN, and Routing table management - Exposure to other AWS services is beneficial - Experience with Jenkins, Git Pipelines, and Ansible - Previous experience in setting up detailed system monitoring, distributed tracing, logging, and alerting systems Qualifications Required: - Startup experience is a plus - Minimum 2 years of AWS Exposure, 5+ years preferred - Curiosity and experience with a variety of DevOps tools - Exposure to HashiCorp stack - Interest or exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools Additional Company Details: The company operates on a hybrid work setup from Mumbai, allowing you to work from the office for 3 days and from home for 2 days a week.
