DevOps Engineer 4

As a DevOps Engineer 4 at Hyland Software, you will play a crucial role in the continuous integration, automation, and deployment of applications and systems, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing a continuous integration and continuous deployment platform (CI/CD) - Creating solutions to automate the deployment of applications - Developing and leading the execution of best practices, providing solution architectures and strategies for adoption - Designing monitoring and management tools, deployment processes, and tools to ensure high availability and visibility - Collaborating with various departments to develop practical automation solutions and ensure successful execution - Operating as an innovative thought leader, identifying and improving internal efficiencies, and expanding the team's knowledge - Leading performance and test automation integration into the CI/CD pipeline, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues - Assisting in resolving complex issues related to product upgrades, installations, and configurations - Participating in professional associations, outreach activities, or educational opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices and relevant technical skills - Mentoring, influencing, and collaborating with other developers and teams - Providing guidance to other team members - Ensuring compliance with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Experience with cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms - Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Terraform - Familiarity with DevOps and release management tools - Experience in managing service container-based platforms like Kubernetes and Docker - Proficiency in Linux and Windows Administration - Skill in scripting tools like Python - Experience in configuring and administering enterprise web applications - Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment in SaaS environments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams - Fast learner, highly organized, and capable of focusing on high-priority tasks - Experience collaborating with key internal stakeholders - Familiarity with Alfresco Content Services or Alfresco Process Automation, or similar Enterprise Content Management solutions - Certification in AWS or any other cloud provider - Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds Shift Timing: 8AM - 4PM IST (Remote),
