Job Description

As a DevOps Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of digital communication services. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and on-site, without the need for travel. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of DevOps practices to improve digital communication services. - Overseeing the integration of Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt for seamless operations. - Providing technical guidance to optimize user experience services. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve service delivery issues. - Developing automation scripts and tools for streamlined deployment processes. - Monitoring system performance and implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime. - Conducting regular reviews of DevOps processes and implementing best practices. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Creating and maintaining documentation for knowledge sharing. - Providing training and mentorship on DevOps practices. - Staying updated with the latest trends in DevOps and digital communication services. - Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize DevOps initiatives. - Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies for infrastructure enhancement. You must meet the following qualifications: - Strong experience in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt. - Solid background in User Experience Services. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Understanding of DevOps principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, the following certifications are required: - Certified DevOps Architect - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
