Responsibility- 

The Release Manager oversees end-to-end release planning, execution, and orchestration across UAT and Production environments. Responsibilities include coordinating with Development, QA, Product Owners, and Support to define scope, assess risks, prepare runbooks, and manage global release schedules. They execute deployments across web, mobile, and backend systems, manage database changes, monitor releases, perform validations, and ensure smooth handoff to Support. The role also leads CAB coordination—preparing change requests, presenting impact analyses, and communicating decisions. Additionally, the position supports CI/CD pipeline automation using Azure DevOps, IaC with Terraform/ARM/Bicep, and process compliance with ITIL and security standards. Continuous improvement of release processes, automation, and DevOps metrics reporting is expected.
