Devops Administrator

As a DevOps Administrator, you will be responsible for working with the latest cloud-native and distributed data platforms. Your role will involve administering Hadoop, ensuring the performance, reliability, and optimization of big data clusters, and recommending resources for deploying and optimizing big data technologies. If you are passionate about big data and leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver concrete business outcomes, we are looking forward to your application. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, manage, and configure big data clusters - Monitor the performance of distributed systems and middleware applications - Configure and optimize the Hadoop environment - Troubleshoot and optimize Java applications - Oversee Hadoop security and encryption - Manage LDAP, Active Directory, and Kerberos (KDC) - Implement HDFS transparent data encryption, LUKS, and PKI techniques **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in installing, configuring, managing, and optimizing Linux OS performance as a Linux system or Java Middleware engineer with a focus on distributed computing - Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory user authentication backend integration with Linux OS - Expertise in Hadoop distribution, including cluster installation and configuration - Proficiency in the fundamentals of Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, YARN) and one or more ecosystem products and languages such as HBase, Spark, Impala, Search, Kudu, etc. - Experience in optimizing performance for Java applications - Familiarity with huge data clusters based on the cloud - Understanding of infrastructure automation - Working knowledge of scoping activities for complex, large-scale technology infrastructure projects - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements and use cases into Hadoop solutions - Strong interpersonal skills, including managing client relationships, project escalation, and participation in executive steering meetings **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of Ansible and Git In case of any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please provide that information to include it in the job description.,
