Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development/Relationship Manager - Health Agency, located in Dibrugarh East. The role entails managing relationships with health agency partners, ensuring they meet performance targets, and developing strategies to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing training and support to agency partners, and monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.

• Business development and strategy planning skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
