Job Description

As a Developmental Pediatrician in our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and diagnosing developmental conditions in children. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting developmental assessments and comprehensive evaluations. - Diagnosing and managing conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, speech delays, etc. - Providing guidance to families regarding prognosis, management, and therapeutic options. - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans. - Monitoring progress and modifying care plans as needed. - Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in compliance with medical standards. - Participating in case discussions, staff meetings, and community awareness programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - MD/DNB in Pediatrics with fellowship or experience in Developmental Pediatrics. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for working with children and families. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
