Developmental Paediatrician

As a Developmental Pediatrician, your role involves conducting developmental assessments and comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and manage conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, speech delays, etc. You will provide guidance to families regarding prognosis, management, and therapeutic options. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and modify care plans as needed. Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in compliance with medical standards is essential, along with participating in case discussions, staff meetings, and community awareness programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct developmental assessments and comprehensive evaluations. - Diagnose and manage conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, speech delays, etc. - Provide guidance to families regarding prognosis, management, and therapeutic options. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans. - Monitor progress and modify care plans as needed. - Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with medical standards. - Participate in case discussions, staff meetings, and community awareness programs. Qualifications Required: - MD/DNB in Pediatrics with fellowship or experience in Developmental Pediatrics. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for working with children and families. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
