Time - WFH Monday through Friday at 6.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST (8AM to 4PM CST)

*Develop and Customize SailPoint IIQ Solutions, implement identity governance

workflows, rules, connectors, and policies tailored to organizational needs.

* *Connector Development: Create and extend custom connectors for systems not natively

supported by SailPoint.

* *Strong proficiency in Java Script, XML, and SQL configurations for platform

customization and policy enforcement.

* *Strong knowledge in API integration, Build and manage REST/SOAP API integrations

between SailPoint IIQ and external applications.

* Performance Tuning and Security: Optimize IIQ components, enforce secure coding

standards, and ensure data protection across all integrations.

* *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven record of collaborating

effectively with U.S. clients and distributed teams.

* Coordinate implementation and issue resolution with U.S.-based teams during overlapping

business hours.

* *Provide ongoing support, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues in the client’s IIQ

environment.

* Deploy upgrades, patches, and SailPoint-recommended features as part of a managed

service or project team.

* Participate in daily stand-ups, planning calls, and review sessions with the U.S. client team.

* Document technical design, implementation plans, change logs, and integration details for

both internal and client reference
