Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in designing, developing, and deploying solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform, along with strong integration skills using Power Platform and Azure services . This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE . Customize and configure CE applications to meet functional and technical requirements. Develop C# plugins , custom workflows, business rules, and JavaScript-based enhancements. Create and manage Dataverse data models, relationships, and business logic. Integrate CE with other applications via Power Automate , Azure Functions , Web APIs , and custom connectors. Handle data migration , cleansing, and validation while ensuring integrity and consistency. Conduct unit testing , provide support, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Maintain high-quality technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations. Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and new features in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform . Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards and work with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD. Must-Have Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL . Strong understanding of Dataverse and the Power Platform ecosystem. Experience with Dynamics 365 CE integrations via REST APIs and Web Services. Hands-on experience with Power Automate , Azure Functions , and Logic Apps . Familiarity with security models , including Azure AD, OAuth, and role-based access controls. Good understanding of DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment (GitHub/Azure DevOps). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills , especially for collaboration with global teams. Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with ALM using Power Platform tools. Exposure to Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) . Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.
